Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the site only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts and Sign-In

Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to access Street Tribe and for all activity that occurs through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

User Content

You may create, upload, or share content through features such as profiles and the holo card builder (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Street Tribe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely as needed to operate and promote the site and its features.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

We may remove or restrict User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes, without limitation: attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; interfering with site operation; scraping or harvesting data without permission; uploading malware; harassing others; or using the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Store and Purchases

Products listed in our store are subject to availability. Prices, descriptions, and images may change without notice.

When you purchase merchandise, payment and fulfillment may be handled by third-party providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those transactions.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, all sales are final. Shipping times, taxes, and additional charges may apply depending on your location and the payment provider used.

Intellectual Property

The site, including its design, branding, code, text, graphics, and original creative works (excluding User Content), is owned by Street Tribe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the site or its content except as expressly allowed by these Terms or with our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The site relies on third-party services such as Google, Firebase, Vercel, and payment processors. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Street Tribe and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Street Tribe through the site in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) CAD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Street Tribe from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the site, our users, or third parties.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the site will be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
